Terms of Sale
Thank you for placing your order with Stocks Designer Appliances & Bathrooms. The below terms & conditions of sale apply to your order, unless a variation is specifically noted on your customer order.
We will make every endeavor to have your goods available by your required date, and will contact you as soon as we can to organise delivery or pick up.
We want you to have a great experience when dealing with us and ask that you take a moment to review the following terms and conditions:
- A minimum 30% deposit is required at the time of placing your order.
- Payment in full is required by 15 October 2022.
- For custom made goods and orders under $250, full payment is required.
- The Manufacturer’s Warranty applies for all ex-display items.
- Any goods that are custom made or custom cut are non-returnable, as our suppliers will not take them back. Please choose carefully.
- When your order is ready, we will contact you to organise pick-up, or if required, delivery.
- When requesting a delivery, please give us at least 72 hours notice so that we can schedule your delivery and have your goods onsite when you need them.
- Full payment for goods is required prior to delivery.
- A delivery fee will be charged for each and every delivery.
- A standard delivery fee covers 2 people and includes unpacking, placement in the home and rubbish removal only.
- We reserve the right to quote and charge an additional amount (if you agree), above and beyond our standard fee when the delivery is not standard, or access is difficult; otherwise our standard fee in (10) will apply, and will be delivery to a driveway/garage on the ground floor only.
- Installation of appliances requiring electrical hardwired or water connection is additional to any delivery fee.
- Removal and recycling of old appliances is not included in delivery, but can be arranged for an additional cost.
- If you have additional requirements please let us know so that we can make suitable arrangements.
- Once an order has been placed and we have received the goods, a manufacturer’s handling charge may be applicable if changes are made to the order. Please choose carefully (also Refer 5).
- We will happily consider taking back goods that are not required and provide a refund, subject to any cancellation or restocking fees (also Refer 5).
- Please note that goods returned will need to be in a saleable condition, and packed in the original packaging.
- All orders must be taken or delivered ASAP or by 31 December 2022. Longer term storage is available however payment in full or storage fees may be incurred.
